WALLS, William Thomas Born 1914 Jacksonville, d. after 1978 Lutz, Florida USA. Violin and bow maker. Active in Tampa, Florida from c.1928. Taught by M. Madison c.1928, and W. A. Weaver 1934-1940. Established independently from 1935, moving to Lutz, Florida in 1978. Personal model; some Stradivari and Guarneri patterns. Over 200 produced, including many historical instruments. 20 historical and 12 modern bows completed.
