WEBER, Michael Born 1787 Vienna Austria, died 1844 Prague Czech Republic. Trained in Vienna. Worked for C. Strnad in Prague. Established independently there from 1818. Very fine elegant work on Stradivari model with long, slender corners. Red-brown varnish. Branded internally. Michael Weber / fecit Prague 1818 Michael Weber / me fecit Prague 1840
