John Dilworth
BIRKEDAHL, David Born 1956, died 1984 Albuquerque, New Mexico USA. After leaving the army, studied at the Salt Lake City school of violin making 1972-1975. Worked in various locations in Colorado until 1979, Fruitvale 1975, Palisade 1976, and Colbran 1977. Returned to Albuquerque 1979, working for Don Roberston, and established independently c.1981. About 20 instruments, including cellos and double basses, some with carved heads.
