    FLOSSMANN, Georg Born 1843 Oberneuching Germany. Pupil of G. Tiefenbrunner, Munich, 1858-1865. Later employed by J. Hornsteiner and G. Heidegger in Passau. Established at Tölz from 1875. Cremonese models, using both oil and spirit varnishes. Unremarkable work. Also a maker of plucked instruments. Georg Flossmann / Saiten-Instrumenten Fabrikant / Tölz (Oberbayern)
