BERG, Olof Worked circa. 1835 Kaliningrad Russia. Swedish-born Norwegian Consul at Kaliningrad (Königsberg) in 1835. Not a craftsman himself, his innovative but unsuccessful ideas in violin construction were put into practice on his behalf by workmen in Luby (Schönbach).
