John Dilworth

CARLETTI, Orfeo Born 1906, died 1940 Bologna Italy. Violinist. Son and pupil of Carlo Carletti, above, and brother of Natale. Established workshop in Via de Pepoli, Bologna 1928/9. Fine work, strongly influenced by Pollastri, with golden-yellow to deep red-brown oil varnish.
