FRASER, Oliver L. Born 1844 LeRoy, New York, died 1928 Saginaw, Michigan USA. Pupil of Archie Sinclair in Glasgow. Subsequently returned to America, working in Syracuse 1860-1880, Buffalo 1880-1892, and finally in Saginaw.
