FRASER, Oliver L. Born 1844 LeRoy, New York, died 1928 Saginaw, Michigan USA. Pupil of Archie Sinclair in Glasgow. Subsequently returned to America, working in Syracuse 1860-1880, Buffalo 1880-1892, and finally in Saginaw. Credited with 600 instruments, mostly on classical models, but some on a personal design known as the ‘Celtic’. O. L. Fraser / Saginaw. Mich. 1911
