Einer der besseren Geigenmacher aus seiner Familie. Vermuthlich der Sohn von Joseph I. H., dessen Zettel er auch im Wortlaut und in der Umrahmung ziemlich getreu nachahmt. Seine ersten und Joseph I. H.’s letzte Instrumente können daher schwer aus einander gehalten werden. Seine Zettel sind manchmal auch mit Nummern bezeichnet.
