John Dilworth
JACKSON-GULDAN Co. Worked circa. 1920-1961 Columbus, Ohio USA. Company formed by H. M. Jackson, George J. Guldan, William R. Clymer and R. N. Bailey. Later taken over by Luke Daniels. Mass-producers of student instruments; claimed output of 36,000 per year (1923). Some better quality hand-finished work. Also guitars. Bows largely unsuccessful. [Wenberg]
