MÖLLER, Guillaume Max (Max jr.) Born 1915, died 1985 Amsterdam Netherlands Son, pupil, and assistant of Paul Max Möller, below. Trained at Mittenwald. Employed by A. Dieudonné and C. Enel. Moved to New York 1935 to work with Simone Sacconi in the workshop of Emil Herrmann. Returned to Amsterdam and succeeded to his father’s shop 1948, continuing to work there with K. Rutz, J. Santman, and later H. Leonhardt until his retirement 1980. Awarded the Coupe du Gouvernment de Liège for a quartet in 1954, and a frequent member of competition juries himself.
