John Dilworth
NOFRI, Floriano Born 1922, d.2007 San Ginesio, Macerata Italy. Violin and bow maker, active c.1948-1982. Assisted to some extent by G. Pasqualini. Completed some 300 violins on Stradivari models, with spirit varnish of orange or brown colour. From 1975 concentrated on bow making, completing over 3,000 bows for all kinds of bowed instrument.
