Willibald Leo Lütgendorff+
Schüler von Dölling. Nachdem er ausgelernt hatte, arbeitete er bei Bernhardt
und bei Reinhold Paulus. Nach vollendetem 19. Jahre ging er für l 1/2 Jahre zu Rudolf Heckel nach Dresden, dann zu Adolf Hammig, bei dem er 31/2 Jahre war. Im October 1890 kehrte er heim und machte sich selbstständig, 1895 erhielt er den Titel eines kgl. sächs. Hofinstrumentenmachers. Seine Geigen gehören zu den besten, die man jetzt in Markneukirchen bekommen kann. Er arbeitet nach Amati, Stradivari und Guarneri und verwendet zu den besseren Geigen nur Öllack. (Sein Vater und Grossvater waren Holzblasinstrumentenmacher.)
