PILAR, Karel Born 1899, Worked circa. 1927 Kradni Králové Czech Republic. Apprenticed to his uncle Antonin Pilar (I), above, in Berlin. Worked for O. Spidlen in Prague, 1919-1921, and J. Vedral in The Hague 1922-1924. Established independently in Kradni Králové from 1924. Fine accurate work on classical Italian models. Excellent materials.
