SECCHI, Elisio Worked circa. 1880-1900 Paris France. Born in Italy. Established at 19 boulevard Beaumarchais, Paris. Worked with Couesnon. The St Petersburg Conservatoire has a cittern dated 1891. Vannes cites a small pattern violin of typical French work with golden orange oil varnish. Henley notes guitars of various sizes.
