John Dilworth

SIMONAZZI, Amedeo Born 1891, died 1984 Gualtieri, Reggio Emilia Italy. Pupil of S. Scarampella. Assisted by his son Riccardo (Born 1929). Produced 130 violins and several cellos on Guadagnini and Guarneri models. Fine transparent golden-red and later golden-yellow varnish.
