John Dilworth

TARR, Joseph C. b. Manchester UK, died 1926 Huntingdon, Pennsylvania USA. Son and pupil of William Tarr, below. Emigrated to the USA 1900. Established in New York and in Huntington from 1912. Exhibited at the Trades Convention, St. Louis 1914. Stradivari model. Rather coarse work with poor materials but decent red-brown varnish.
