John Dilworth
TUA, Silvio Born 1894 Borgofranco d’Ivrea Italy, died 1972 Nice France. Pupil of L. Bisiach in Milan from 1921. Worked for Radrizzani in Vevey 1922-1929. Subsequently established independently in Nice. Assisted by his son Sergio Tua, above. Completed over 150 violins on Guarneri and personal models. Fine materials and orange varnish.
