John Dilworth
VILLAUME, Alexis Born 1766, died 1842 Troyes France. Worked for C. Aubert in Troyes until 1791 when he joined a colleague from the workshop, Charles Giron, to established the company Villaume et Giron. Produced violins, guitars, and strings.
