John Dilworth
Curt Born 1902 Leipzig, died 1983 Detroit, Michigan USA. Son and pupil of Gustav Wunderlich, below. Studied bow making with August Brueckner in Wernitzgruen. Emigrated to the USA 1924, working for John Friedrich, Louis Drouin, and Fred Gretsch in New York. Moved to Detroit, Michigan to work for Wurlitzer and later for Carl Paulsen, before establishing his own business in 1934. Esteemed repairer and restorer.
