John Dilworth
Jean Mathurin Born 1770, died 1854 Paris. Son, pupil, and successor of Mathurin-François, below. Established at 30 rue de Grenelle-Saint-Honoré from 1817. Small patterns but generally of better workmanship and finish than those of his father. Fine materials. Red-brown oil varnish. Jean Mathurin Remy / Luthier / rue de Grenelle-Saint-Honoré / à Paris. 1824.
