RUTZ, Karl Born 1896 Bütschwil, Worked Basle & Lucerne Switzerland. Pupil of F. Sprenger in St. Gallen. Worked for Pliverics in Berlin, M. Möller in Amsterdam, Vedral in the Hague, R.
