Havre, Le Havre, Mirecourt, 1873–1926
Apprenticed as a cabinet maker. Took up violin making in 1892. Awarded prizes in Paris 1921 and Metz 1922. Moved to Le Havre 1926, in rue A. Briand, later transferring to rue Jules Siegfried.
