WRIGHT, Daniel (II) Born circa. 1707, d. after 1740 London UK. Succeeded to the business of his father Daniel Wright (I), above. Ran the business ‘next the Sun Tavern’, and also ‘The Golden Bass’ in St Paul’s Churchyard from c.1730. Employed John Johnson. Work found with his label is of the common London trade variety: big-arched Stainer models without purfling, probably supplied by outworkers. [BVMA]
