Maker Overview

Life

Gaetano II inherited the family workshop in 1817 and was principally engaged in repair, restoration, and guitar making, while also producing a small number of violins. Felice learned violin making from Gaetano II and helped revive violin production in the family workshop. His promising career was cut short by his death at only 28.
