John Dilworth
MICHELBERGER, Janos Born 1886 Erd, died 1935 Budapest Hungary. Pupil of Andreas Bergmann. Worked for Mihaly Reményi, Karl Otto Zimmer, and Robert Laumann. Established independently in Budapest from 1920. Fine copies of Cremonese work. Also copied Nemessanyi. Hard spirit varnish in dark orange or red colours.
