Justin Poirson (1851-1925) was a French bow maker born in Mirecourt. He trained under Maire and gained experience working for notable firms such as J. B. Vuillaume and Gand and Bernardel before establishing his own workshop in 1880. His bows, branded "POIRSON A PARIS", are considered good but unremarkable.
