Gaspare Lorenzini

Piacenza, worked 1743–1816

Probably a pupil of J. B. Guadagnini; the Guadagnini and Lorenzini families were certainly acquainted. Early work has a slightly coarse poor materials and thin golden ground, but good Italian quality. Later work is more finely finished with low but full arching and details finely attended to. — John Dilworth
