John Dilworth
NADOTTI, Giuseppe Born 1723, died 1806 Piacenza Italy. Violinist and violin maker. Possibly gained experience with G. B. Guadagnini; he was certainly involved with his affairs and there is a conspicuous stylistic connection. Well modelled with flat arch and Stradivarian proportions. Soundholes set close to the edge.
