Frédéric Hugues Chaudière (b. 1963) is a French violin maker based in Montpellier. Trained in England, he established his workshop in 1986 and is known for crafting violins, violas, and cellos with refined craftsmanship and tonal clarity. His instruments are played by professional musicians worldwide. In addition to luthiery, he is active in painting, sculpture, writing, and theatrical productions.
