F. Eugene Marchand

Mirecourt, Paris, 1858–1916

Pupil of Durand and Laurent. Worked for W. E. Hill and Sons in London 1890 and for Mougenot in Brussels, and Sylvestre in Paris 1897. Established independently in Paris from 1902 at 35 rue de Cléry, moving to 26 de la rue Poissonnière in 1904. Fine copies of individual classical instruments. — John Dilworth
