PADEWET, Carl Born 1823 Vienna Austria, died 1896 Munich Germany. Brother of Johann Padewet (I), below. Established in Munich from 1856. Awarded medals at Munich Exhibition. Willibald Leo Lütgendorff+
Bruder von Joh. Padewet. Er begründete im Jahre 1856 seine eigene Werkstatt und war als Reparateur sehr geschätzt. In seinen neuen Geigen hielt er sich vorzugsweise an das Stradivari-Modell, war sorgfältig in der Arbeit und erzielte einen guten Ton.
