John Dilworth

Johann Gottlob Born 1753, died 1823. Good workmanship on elongated Stainer model. High arch. Characteristically Saxon head with exaggerated tail behind the eye of the volute. Golden-brown varnish. Credited with some more developed and Stradivari-like instruments towards the end of his life.
