NEMES, Stefan W. Born 1908 Budapest Hungary. Descendant of Samuel Nemessányi. Inherited his tools and patterns. Pupil of Robert Laumann. Established independently in Budapest from 1930. Emigrated to London following the Soviet invasion in 1957 where he worked for Cyril Woodcock as head repairer and restorer.
