Hilaire Darche

Brussels, 1862–1929

Son of Joseph Darche, below. Trained at Gaillard and Nicolas Ainé in Mirecourt, subsequently worked for N. F. Vuillaume in Brussels. Opened his own shop there in 1886 at 62 Boulevard de Waterloo; joined by his brother, a piano maker, in 1894. Antique style copies of classical Cremonese makers. — John Dilworth

DARCHE, Hilaire Born 1862, died 1929 Brussels Belgium. Son of Joseph Darche, below. Trained at Gaillard and Nicolas Ainé in Mirecourt, subsequently worked for N. F. Vuillaume in Brussels. Opened his own shop there in 1886 at 62 Boulevard de Waterloo; joined by his brother, a piano maker, in 1894. Antique style copies of classical Cremonese makers. Sohn von Joseph D. Seine erste Lehrzeit machte er in Mirecourt durch
und kam dann drei Jahre später nach Brüssel zurück, wo er unter der Leitung
