Pupil of P. Lorange. Worked for Mangenot in Mirecourt and G. Cunault in Paris and finally in Toulouse, taking over from Simonin in 1912 at 9 rue Romiguières. Assisted and succeeded there by his son who specialised in pianos and wind instruments. [Vannes] — John Dilworth
