Jean Baptiste Paquotte
Nephew of Sebastien Paquotte, under whom he worked for eight years; he then worked under Lafleur for fourteen years. By the time he succeeded to his uncle's business he had gained great experience in his trade, and may be ranked among the best Parisian makers of his time. In 1877 he settled at 99, Faubourg Saint-Germain, but retired from business in 1888, and was succeeded by his sons, Henri Felix and Placide. He died 1900.
