HOLDER, Thomas James Born 1874 Cardiff UK, died 1926 Paris France. Son and pupil of Thomas Jacques Holder, above. Established at 16 place du Havre, Paris from 1913. Ingenious copies of Italian instruments, particularly Gagliano and Guadagnini. Highly regarded as a restorer. Branded internally at centre of back: ‘T. J. Holder’.
