John Dilworth
MILLANT, Roger Born 1901 Mirecourt, Worked from 1923 Paris France. Brother of Max Millant, above. Grandson and pupil of S. A. Deroux. Also trained with L. Mougenot, Jacquet, and Gand in Mirecourt, and with Harry Dykes in London. Established in Paris with his brother Max from 1923. Classical Italian models. Finely finished and with rich clear red-orange varnish.
